GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Prepaid CityMeters carries abroad range of meters for all applications.
Products
Amongst the various pre-paid meters we provide, you will find: single phase meters, split single phase meters, three phase meters, split three phase meters and water meters. Please always contact us with your requirement before you purchase devices to make sure you are purchasing the right meter for the right requirement and electrical set-up.

Terms and Conditions
All integrated keypad meters are by default tamper detection, in addition we provide security seals and software tamper alerts for further tamper detection and risk protection.
Only EFT payments are accepted. NO Cheques or Cash will be accepted, and Installers are strictly prohibited from accepting any form of payments onsite whatsoever.
Compliance
SANS 10142 (SABS 0142) standards are implemented, however CoC (Certificate of Compliance) is not included in this quotation, unless explicitly specified in the compliance. You are advised to obtain a certificate of compliance should you have any electrical installation or repairs done on the premises.
Installation Conditions
Should the installer not be able to gain access to the premises or install the meters with prior arrangement and acknowledgement, by the client and this will be no fault to the installer.
For safety reasons electrical and water meters are prohibited to be installed after 17:00.
Weekend installations will be based on availability of installers at 15% in the Gauteng area only.
Official Documents required before meters are sent out or installed:
1. Application Form (see tab on website) – to be completed in full, signed, and initialled
2. Copy of ID- Fraud prevention, and to be identified as a customer
3. Bank Confirmation Letter- to identify correct bank account is used
4. Latest Municipal account- in order to add the correct tariff rate to the meter
